COPS/Metro is opposing the largest public tax giveaway in our City’s history. $4 billion of public funds are on the line to build an arena and entertainment district, AKA Project Marvel. 

As we ramp up for our 50th anniversary convention on October 26, we are building power for local infrastructure for our neighborhoods. 

On August 21st, City Council voted DOWN an independent economic analysis - even though the current analysis the City has was done by a firm that has intimate financial ties to the Spurs and will immensely profit from the continuation of the project.
